Our natural self care remedies include an injury treatment oil (BBK) and natural help for asthma, sinus, colds, stress, and flu. I have a natural sanitiser using 3% Food grade H2O2 that can also be used as a natural teeth/tooth whitener and helps clear pimples. A natural sleep remedy I’ve called Sleep Well, it was anciently known as the “knock-out remedy”.
I don’t use supplements (they are fragmented and not natural), I do add a good sea salt or dendritic salt with nutritional gold to my water for a constant supply of trace minerals, simple natural and easy.
